Dry fruit Chikki

Ingredients:
Crushed Dry Fruits -1 1/4 cups (Badam, Pista, Cashew)
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup

Method

1. Heat a non stick pan
2. Put sugar in it. Let it melt until brown in colour.
3. Add crushed dry fruits and elaichi powder.
4. Transfer it immediately to a greased plate.
5. Spread it evenly with greased roller pin.
6. Cut with greased knife (slight impression is enough)
7. Allow this to cool.
8. Break it into pieces. store in airtight box.
